1. The sun. UV rays induce skin-aging inflammation and generate free radicals, which make the sun the biggest threat to skin’s collagen, not to mention the fact that UV exposure puts you at a dramatically increased risk for developing skin cancer. UV light also worsens and causes hyperpigmentation. It is always a good idea to protect your skin from the sun with a combination of avoidance and vigilant sunscreen-application. Avoid sun at midday, and wear sunscreen every day, even if you are not planning a lot of outdoor time. If you are going to be in direct sunlight, invest in hats and sun-protective clothing.

Onychophagia or nail-biting is a common stress-relieving habit. When you are excited, stressed, bored or inactivity, you may bite your nails. This is become the most common if the typical “nervous habits,” which include thumb-sucking, nose-picking, hair-twisting or pulling, tooth grinding, and picking at skin.
About 50% of children between the ages of 10 and 18 bite their nails at one time or another. Through puberty changes, nail biting occurs more often. At adult ages, 18 to 22 years also bite their nails. Most people will stop bite their nails by age 30.

Summer! It is time to get a glowing tan the sun-safe way!
As summer heats up our skin needs more protection from the sun. Some rules to follow while under the sun:
1. Always wear sunscreen
Wear broad-spectrum water-resistant SPF30+ sunscreen. It provides 30 times more protection than going without.
2. Avoid solariums
Solariums generally emit UVA radiation but some produce higher levels of UVB to mimic the solar spectrum and higher levels of UV to speed up tanning.
3. Fake it
This is the only safe one. It is important to exfoliate and smooth on a body lotion before applying. This way offers minimal or no sun protection so always wears sunscreen outdoors.

Hearing loss causes by noises and age. The common symptoms of hearing loss include muffled hearing and a feeling that your era is plugged. You may have difficulty understanding what people are saying, and you may listen to the television or radio at higher volume than in the past and avoid conversation and interaction with other people. You may suffer from tinnitus or ringing, roaring, hissing and buzzing in the ear. You may also have a fee ling that you or your surroundings are moving when there is no movement (vertigo)
You can prevent hearing loss by avoiding loud noise such as that made by machines in the workplace, power tools, very loud music, and very loud motorcycles. If necessary, you can wear hearing protection such as earplugs or earmuffs. It is important to wear seat belts when you drive, wear helmets when you bike, ski to protect yourself from activities which potential for ear injury.

Snoring is commonly only a minor social problem that disturbs a sleeping partner or causes embarrassment to the snorer.
